I had the gastric sleeve surgery 2 years ago. It was a revision from the lapband. My lowest weight was last year at 164. My 2 year appointment was Feb 2017. I weighed 181. I told my doctor about my concern in the gain. I told her I was concerned about stretching. She said she didn't want to operate on me again and that 164 might be the lowest my body wants to go. I was not happy, so I started researching and found the Ketogenic diet. I have been trying it for a couple of weeks. I now weight 175 but I'm concerned that I am not hitting my protein goal for this diet and I am eating too much for the sleeve. I have also been focusing on getting at least 84 oz of water in a day. Yesterday I had to eat almost 1400 calories to almost get my 106 g of protein in. I also gave in and had some carbonation this week. I found Zevia drinks.
Please help. I'm not satisfied with my weight but I don't want to compromise my sleeve either.
