Hello. I am a newbie and in the beginning stages of my journey and have a few questions for those of you that are further in yours. I am a fan of shakes for breakfast but just realized the protein powder that I have been using has a ton of sugar in it. (Probably why it was actually pretty good) What are some of your favorites that you have found that are good during this journey? What kind of vitamins or supplements are good ones? Anyone feel like your journey is never going to begin? (Lol taking forever!) May seem like silly questions but I don't want to waste money on the wrong things if I don't have to.
