So my doctor asked if I had heart burn and I said no. However, every time I eat it feels like it gets stuck going down- is that the food getting stuck or is it heart burn- how do I know?

Whenever my food gets stuck, it is due to me not chewing it thoroughly and taking breaks between chewing.
