Pre-op diet. Need a buddie

I just started mine today. I am allowed Protein shake for two meals and lean cuisine or 300 calories low carb for last meal. -
Dr said I need to take calcium and it needs to be calcium citrate. Most of what I see that is chewable is calcium carbonate. What does everyone take or does your dr. recommend?
