Hello all of you bandsters! I am having difficulties losing anymore weight. I don't know what is going on. I have lost from 313 down to 241. Which is ok; however, I have just quite losing weight. I thought about going and getting a fill; however, I can barley eat now, if I get a fill I will not be able to eat at all. Does anyone have any sugestions? I mean they said "if you can eat a chicken breast then you need a fill" I may be able to eat that much once every two weeks but most of the time it is 1/2 to 1 cup of soup....not the thick and chunky kind...the hot and sour or broth based kind. Give me some advise PLEASE!!!!:thumbup:
