Fatigue & Weakness ....

Hi guys,it's me again! Question, I'm feeling very fatigue & weak, I sleep alot, my primary doctor said the reason for this I'm eating much, nor intaking enough protein. It's just I'm so tired. I want to take a walk, when I finish putting on my gear, I'm pooped!! Im coming off my weight real good, but there's always a but, my nutritionist said she need me to get so much protein in, because of the muscle in the body etc. I just need to know what can I do. I take b12injections also. Thanks guys -
Hi guys I'm 3 1/2 weeks in, the burning has stopped but as we all say there's always a but. I'm very tender in my tummy area, even touching it as well. Anyone experiencing this, please help. Thanks

A huge thank you guys. I toss & turn all night, I was a little scared to sleep on my tummy until I read your posts. Still in pain but not as bad. On the tummy tonight. 😁 -
Eight days in with the gastric sleeve. I have this burning pain. Omg it hurts so bad. Sitting, standing, & laying a certain way hurts so bad. Can somebody please help!!!!!!!

It goes away, it is from the incision site where they removed your stomach. It took me nearly three weeks for it to subside, now its just a tad bit of soreness, this does pass!
