Mine started out as shoulder pain also and then spread to my neck. It was two weeks before I got the blisters. I had gone to the chiropractor two days ago to work on my shoulder and neck. So apparently the stress of losing extreme amounts of weight can cause enough stress on the body that it might trigger shingles even in a younger demographic. What is your electrolyte intake like? I was getting dizziness from dehydration even though I was drinking plenty of fluids. I wasn’t taking in enough sodium which meant the fluids were going right through me and compounding the problem. HW-292 • SW (6/29/17) 256.6 • CW 185.0 -
