    5 days post op I feel great.Pain was minimal scale of 1-10 I had maybe 2 at most.I had a little gas not much.Follow the clear liquid diet.Today I'm trying a protein shake 2 days before I'm scheduled and it is going down like a champ.Thanks Dr.Garcia.Other than leg numbness I feel 100

    I had Sleeve surgery Monday the 10 th in Mexico with Dr Fernando Garcia.Everything was amazing,great nurses and all the Docs were amazing.Tuesday night I started to experience numbness and burning in my legs and it has continued.Has anyone deal with this?Docs said it was nerves and normal .

    I'm having Sleeve surgery Monday the 10th.My question is how long til I can get a know the gym?Get back and get on the treadmill and ultimately back on weights and more rigorous training?A couple friends have said anywhere from a month to another one saying your body will let you know?And I always drank a pre workout in the past (N.O. explode,Hyper ) etc,are these types recommended POST op?

    I'm using DR Garcia .I have a friend that used him and has referred 7 others and all have had tremendous success and say he was great.
