Had a great day. No interference in my second day of full liquid diet. I drank my shakes low sodium v8 water carrot ginger mixed with chicken broth. And will have another shake in twenty minutes. I am so happy it's a great day. The weekend is easy no temptation.

@Sweet as peachessorry so late on this but I am glad that you are doing amazing. This is hard but it prepares you for an emotional discovery. You find out just how strong you are.
@Newme17 Remember my B-line to subway on day one. It happens. Our brains tell us, "Well its only one slice. Whats the worst that can happen?" lol our brains are like teenagers trying to get us to play hooky from school lol.
I am loving the three musketeer vibe we have. It is awesome. I honestly, talk about you guys to my family, friends and co-workers. They will see my reading one of your post and laughing. I will say, well its these two amazing women that I met on this forum and they post daily updates about their journey. My boyfriend have read some of your post and he will say, "Hey you did that. Or hey why not try what she tried?". Having people understand you and are going through the same thing makes this journey way more easier and funnier.
