Is any scared they won't have as much success as others? Or are you scared of failing? Do we all have that feeling? Also, I know two people who body had complications after surgery but it wasn't the surgery just their bodies had been overweight so long it caused complications. I was afraid of that happening but thank God it didn't.

My sister had the bypass done several years ago. She put everything back on and then some. She also didn't seek help for her mental issues that led her to a terrible eating habit. She also didn't have the support she needed either. (I actually had no idea she did it!!!) So, its very true that it could come back, but that's only if you don't work for it. not easy, but it can be and will be done!

I think we all have thought about this at some point, but I believe attitude can have a big influence on outcome. I have told myself I am going to do my best to remain positive and focus on all of the things I need to do to remain successful. I believe you will do well sweet as peaches and I will be here if you ever need my support.

Honestly @Sweet as peaches I can say that I thought I would not achieve the success that I have so far. I thought I would fail or my desire for junk food would take over. The key to success is to never worry about where someone else is in their journey but to focus on yours. The reason I say that, is because that person that you think is doing way better than may feel like they are not achieving as much as you are.
Hard work, dedication and faith will push you forward. I sometimes look at others success in my Facebook support group and it brings me down. The look amazing and I felt like I didn't. I felt like I did not achieve as much and why is it taking so long. Honestly, I have kept a track of my loss every week. As you can see, I have had some bad weeks were I have barely lost anything but then I have great weeks. I focus on those bad weeks to see what I could have done better and try to make the next week count.
This sheet is something that I hold dear to myself and I am comfortable to share with you. So when you think I am doing amazing, know I am struggling just like you are.
