    Okay. I was doing so good I had the hours down to a tee then I got ask to have lunch it was rice beans octopus salad and pork shoulder spanish style. Why???????? Did I eat it? I did say no to the soda, roll and candy. Thank you @Aysla. I needed that.

    I started my protein shake that I'm going to be enjoying for the next five and half weeks. Today was a pretest to how I will feel tomorrow morning. Tomorrow, I start my pre-op diet and don't want any surprises at work. I have been shunning soda for a week now and I feel really great. Please pray the my stomach doesn't get antsy at work that I need to seek solace on the bathroom.😎

    I just brought my short-disability paperwork and fmla in to the surgeon office last week for filling out. My surgery is May 15 so definitely get it in before your surgery.
