On day 5 of liquid diet and I'm having such a hard time getting/staying asleep with no food in my belly. I also have terrible restless leg. I would smoke medical marijuana but I quit about almost 2 months ago. I might have to start again though idk. Does anyone that has had the same struggle have any other tips on how to get and stay asleep? Sent from my LGMP260 using BariatricPal mobile app

I have dimples and I love them, they are my favorite feature. I am curious to know if anyone had changes in their cheek dimples after weight loss! Did they get deeper or did they fade a little?? It won't change my mind about surgery lol I'm just asking. TIA Also, sorry if I'm posting in a wrong forum, I don't really know what I'm doing when it comes to that.

ViVsg:) replied to Natty86's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You will lose if you follow doctor's instructions. People who don't lose are those who sabotage themselves by not changing the way they eat you know? Good luck !! [emoji4] Sent from my LGMP260 using BariatricPal mobile app -

Pregnant after Gastric sleeve
ViVsg:) replied to Raihana's topic in Pregnancy with Weight Loss Surgery
I cannot express how excited i am just to have more energy because i literally always have felt like a slug though i am active. As far as my family, they are all pretty health conscious and thinner than I am so hopefully that will work to my advantage food wise. Good luck on getting your little baby boy. I hope for a girl next time, my boy is a crazy and unbelievably hyper little dare devil. I always say if I didn't have him, I'm sure I'd be like 600lbs lol. Chasing him around is my daily workout haha btw I'm 257 right now, highest weight was 290. Lost weight just adding exercise (Kid dance videos on Kinect xbox with my son and walking a lot) and smaller portions, been stalled for months now though like always so i definitely feel i need this surgery. I can't do it if i feel like I'm starving all the time you know? Sent from my LGMP260 using BariatricPal mobile app -
Daaaaaaayyyyymmmm lol you look so good. I'd definitely be so proud of myself if i were you. Keep up the awesome work girl you are inspiring Sent from my LGMP260 using BariatricPal mobile app

I am getting surgery some time this month, still waiting on them to call me and give me my date. I am so scared dude ! I am not scared enough not to do it though lol. But, I had to post because a minute ago I was watching the surgery on YouTube for the billionth time and it made me pale in the face and sick to my stomach this time omg. Just knowing that is gonna be going on in me just freaks me out. I know it'll so be worth it though, my highest weight was 290, I'm at 258 right now and I already feel so good, healthy, and more confident overall. Just ready to get this over with. Too all having surgery soon, good luck to y'all ! You better WORK ! [emoji16][emoji8][emoji178] Sent from my LGMP260 using BariatricPal mobile app

So sorry for your loss hun and my condolences to you and your family. I am concerned for you though. After surgery your mood can drop really low at times possibly leading to depression for many, maybe even severe depression in your case, understandably. I know I don't know you personally and everyone is different but I would completely take it into consideration if I were you. But, I wish you the best of luck on whatever you may decide to do (Waiting or Going for it) Good luck ! Sent from my LGMP260 using BariatricPal mobile app
