    Hello I'm a newbie here!!! I joined for the support...I had my endoscopy on 4/3/17 and was told I have a hiatal hernia and it can be repaired during my sleeve surgery. I'm so terrified that I'm thinking about cancelling everything. Can anyone give some helpful insight on what's going on or what to expect..... Help 😐

      @Nulife16 @MarciaN thanks for that encouragement. I'm scheduled for June 7th this Wednesday. I am nervous and excited and ready! I have struggled with my weight for over 10 years and need this tool to help me come off the meds.

      Remember to walk a lot and use the incentive spirometer if they give you one. I ended up with pneumonia because I didn't do it as faithfully as I should have!! And good luck you will do great!!
