  2. congratulations, you look fantastic. I was noticing that you don't have a lot of sagging skin. Are you exercising a lot? Also, how many grams of protein do you think you eat in a day? Do you still do the shakes or do you find protein in other sources of food? Sorry about all the questions but I have hit a stall and any help you give me would-be great. Did you hit stalls along the way?

I think I need to increase my protein intake too. Do you eat the 60 g of protein a day? do you drink a lot of water? I don't. May I ask how you did it?     Thanks so much for getting back to me. I really appreciate your input. You are so right, this is not an easy way out. It takes work, commitment and determination. I am 7 months out and I've been stalled for a few weeks now. I went to the nutritionist last week and she said I'm not eating enough protein and also my calorie intake is too low. I bought some premier protein boxes and I'm hoping that helps. There are 30 grams of protein in each drink box. I also upped my exercise. Do you eat 6 small meals a day? I don't but I will try doing that and see if it helps. Good luck with your journey. Wishing you continued success.
