Both my husband and I have struggled with our weight most of our adult lives.  We reseached the lapband and decided this was for us.  Everything went well for both of us.  We were banded the same day and have made the weight loss journey together.  It was very expensive as we both had to pay out of pocket but, in my opinion, it has been worth every penny.  I wish they had this procedure when I was younger so I could have had more years of being slimmer and healthier.
