What do we need!?
AprSleever replied to Becoming_Me's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Vitamins. I bought all chewable/gummies but honestly I wish I would've just bought regular pills. Less of a hassle and I hate the taste if chewables Sent from my SM-N920W8 using BariatricPal mobile app -

I'm a nurse who works 12hr shifts, on my feet for most of my shift. I'm getting sleeved on apr 13 in mexico which is next week. I only managed to get a week off after and I'm back at work on the 23rd. To all my fellow nurses and other professionals who are walking for a long duration of your shift, Is this possible? Also to note, I have not told ANYONE about the surgery. No one at work/hr, no friends, and not to my parents or to my boyfriend. The only one who knows is my brother (who I know will not blab) and I only told him just in case I die out there or something lol

April 12th Sleevers!!!!
AprSleever replied to CJ1107's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'm getting sleeved on the 12th in Mexico! My pre-op diet has been a Rollercoaster. I'll be so good for the whole day and I'd breakdown at the end of the night and would snack. I'm hoping surgery would curb my appetite. -
Question about protein (powder, liquid, etc..)
AprSleever replied to starfishwish's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Bacteria grows the fastest in high protein moist environment. I prob wouldn't recommend pre making protein pudding in large quantities unless you plan on freezing them. I just remember trying to wash my blender bottle after after drinking protein powder. It's disgusting!! -
