I have had fill appointments where I am the only one there! But I think that's how it usually is when Brooke does them. I think I have enough restriction, I just need to start back exercising. Ever since my endometriosis surgey, I haven't been motivated to start back yet. But I know that's the only way I am going to get the rest of the weight off.

My insurance will not cover massage. I wish it did, because it helps more than anything. My pain is 99% in my neck and shoulders. My husband just doesn't understand why it hurts. I can't make him understand. I have not tried any medication. I am very sensitive to meds and I am afraid of the side affects.

When the doctor drained the cysts on my ovary and removed the endometriosis, he took pictures and gave them to me. They are neat, in a gross kind of way, lol!

Hi, sorry, I just now got your message. Dr. Paynter in Chattanooga did my surgery. He is in with Dr. Ponce. I have met all of the doctors there and I highly recommend any of them. Have you been to a seminar?

Not one in particular, I just try to stay out of the debate area. I like coming here, but I have just been too busy to do anything.

I just had 2 cysts removed from my left ovary last month. I'm not sure how they will do yours, but they just went in with a camera through my belly button and drained them. I had to have a laparoscopy, but I also had endometriosis that had to be removed. So yours might be different.

I know what both of you mean. I haven't lost any in months either. I was doing good about exercising again, but I have been sick this week and I haven't been able to do anything.

I just started nursing school this month. We don't start clinicals until October. So since this is your first semester, you probably won't start clinicals for a few weeks after school starts. I think you will be fine. I would definetely let your instructor know. Just plan your day ahead and be sure to get plenty of liquids. -

I can't afford to go to a salon. I am in nursing school and jobless at the moment, so that's not an option right now. I have colored my own hair for years. I just think I need a different color.

I refuse to change my ticker too! HA HA! I know how bad braces can hurt. Be sure you are flossing really good. I know it sounds crazy, but flossing will help with the pain. My teeth are so discolored from braces. I bought some generic white strips from Walmart. I really hope they work.

Maybe it was just the color of the excellence cream that I didn't like. Maybe I will just try a different color of it. I don't have any gray (yet) but in the summer the ends of my hair tend to get really brassy looking and I don't like it, so that's why I dye it. But the color I picked just seemed to make the brassyness worse. I think I will try it again this weekend.

I have never tried the patch. I always heard it didn't work if you weighed over 198, so I never wanted to take a chance.

Your mouth is still hurting? I am scared to get a fill too because I am afraid it will get too tight again. Does anyone know if Jennifer is giving the fills now?

I have not had Mirena, but I have tried the Nuvaring. I had a very hard time getting it in and I was always afraid it was going to come out somehow. So I didn't use it very long. But there are a few girls I know who use it and they love it.

Maybe you could tell her you really didn't like the way the assistant did your hair. I would also say something like, "I don't have a lot of money to spare at the moment, is there anyway you could do my hair any cheaper?" She would probably say yes just to keep you as a customer. I don't blame you for not tipping the last time. I don't think you should automatically leave a tip. A tip means good service and it doesn't sound like you got it.
