    Anyone from Texas?

I had mine done in Lubbock, TX with Dr. David Syn. His office is like a well oiled machine. He and the staff are kind and very efficient. They work the process very quickly and will do everything they can to ensure your insurance approves you. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. I had the switch with hiatal hernia on 4/4 with a gall bladder removal. My doc said the hernia repair is quick and only adds 15mins to surgery. The only issue I had was inflammation in the esophagus where they did the repair. Nothing would go down. But that only lasted a day or so after surgery. I've been quite well since then.
  3. I had my psych eval in February 2017 and this did not come up at all. My doc has requested i walk 20 mins a day 2x a day. But tis all. Can you go to another psych? My doc doesn't have one so i got to choose one. But i still haven't heard of this requirement from any of the other patients. Good luck!

    Keto diet

Anyone experience dumping with the high fat in a keto diet?
  5. My doc took mine out during my procedure. He said after major weightloss lots of people have issues and need it eemoved anyways. I would push for removal. If you have gallstones, you have an insurance case to cover it.
  6. I'm in the same boat. 6 days post op and very thirsty. My cousin's mexican surgeon recommended powerade zero to quinch the thirst after his surgery. I'm trying that today. Apparently water makes you more thirsty but the electrolytes in powerade kills it. Not sure about the theory behind it, but we shall see.
  7. Wow, sounds fustrating. If all of those factors above are contributing to your decision, I personally would the sleeve with a DS later if needed. The sleevll
