    Yes all the other flavors do not. Forgot about that. It’s been a while for me. Some do allow caffeine though. If you like coffee I would just ask.

    Try Premier Protein shakes from Costco they’re on sale the rest of this month $19.99 a box. I love the Cafe Latte. If that don’t work try some vegan like Garden of life powder.

    Plateau for last 4+ years

    Protein produce weights & cardio brother! Calories in vs calories out. Your setting yourself up to fail. When you sneak around your not fooling anyone your just cheating yourself. Make better choices & results will come. You can do this. There’s Zero benefit in lying to yourself it’s not harming those you think your fooling. Best of luck!
  6. Chillax! I had a 6 month plateau & was feeling freaked but have since lost 23 pounds in a little over a month. Stay on track & focus on exercise & what you eat. Calories in vs calories out still matters. You got this!

    Longest stall ever!

    Stalled since September/October & just went below my stall weight today. What a nice feeling! Sometimes these things can take a while. Weighed in at 246 this morning. 46 pounds to goal!

    Been working very hard! Weight training Monday, Wednesday, Friday, & cardio on the other days.

    Stalled from September/October until this post. Gained muscle mass been working very hard. Was discouraged but never gave up. I’m sure by the end of the month I’ll have a 10 pound weight loss.

    I’ve been following you for a few months and didn’t realize you were in bpal as well. Well what a coincidence! Small world huh?
  12. Been stuck just above or below here for nearly 2 months now & the scale is a really messing with my head! On the plus side I’m gaining significant muscle mass & clothes are still getting looser. Other than that the grind continues.
  13. My wife took out a box of large shirts she had tucked away without my knowledge. This was a few months age & I didn’t have a prayer of fitting into them. Today I tried one on & it’s comfortable. This is amazing because I’ve felt like the last couple of months my numbers have been moving so slowly. I guess when your measurements change significantly it’s another victory! The scale wasn’t doing it but this makes the scale matter all the less. Today I weighed in at my dietitian appointment and I weigh 252. Puts me at 103 pounds I believe.

    Anyone try bananas? When?

    They are good carbs & the less ripe the less carbs. They are perfectly ok to eat especially pre-workout. Carbs before exercise & protein after!
