Yes that’s Erica she’s my dietitian I see regularly. I only see the one from my surgical group for follow up appointments. She’s so awesome! -
The only ingredient on the label.

Yes! They are a great naturally sweet treat. -
So I was at Costco yesterday looking at dried fruit & I found these with NOTHING added. I like fruit & these are a good snack to carry around that won’t spoil in heat or cold. Also something good to chew on when feeling a little hunger between meals.

I know it sounds harsh but for some with strict guidelines this is hard to imagine. Be very careful with your new pouch if something gets stuck in the staple line you will be sorry! FluffyChix is a good person & I’m sure just like the rest of us she hopes you get this figured out before you unintentionally end up hospitalized. Be very careful! It sounds as though you have a very lax surgical group. Again I’m not calling you a liar or trying to judge you but your lack of restrictions in your diet is something rarely heard of on here & is quite unusual. Once again be very careful it takes 8 weeks for your new pouch to heal.

Yeah your suspensions are definitely not without reason! Not to mention if they’re eating like that after surgery then why even have it at all!
-
Yes I find this hard to believe but if somehow it’s even remotely true they’re in desperate need of help!

What? Don’t eat potatoe chips or potatoes or white rice or bread including wraps. I hope your 3-4 drummers are of the hot wing drum size. You should only be consuming between 200-250 calories every 3-4 hours & around 1000 calories per day if your a woman. Your protein should be between 60-90 grams per day. Your protein should also be lean/low fat. Where in the world is your dietitian? Remember they work for you!

Probably not until around 3 to 4 months post-op just like everybody who claims to stall prior to that point. Everybody is impatient including me. Time just seems to move so slow when your waiting for that first significant drop on the scale but the scale should be the least of your concerns this early after surgery. It will come in time just be patient.

Thanks!

I lost 8 pounds in 8 days. 16 pounds since March 9th & I’m at 285 now. Today is the day I’m stepping up my Cardio significantly. Hopefully I see even bigger changes moving forward. I’m down 55 pounds since mid January.

So far so good!

Thanks so much! I’ve been trying not to complain about how slow it seems but this last month/8days has been motivating to me.
