I'm 7 months post-op and wanted to try the Murray's sugar free Cookies. Have anyone tried them? If so, when?

I was on it pre and post up. I suffer from bipolar depression: however my psychiatrist said she needed to change my meds or the surgery would be for nothing. Talk to your doctor. You may need to change meds to better your success.

It's your choice I would say -- based on your recovery and your Dr's recommendations though. Many programs would discourage it, mine included.
In my case, that early, I wouldn't have even considered it and probably would have just thrown it away/given it away. I might eat a small piece of something like that today, but generally do not.
Thanks no onions
My gut was saying to throw it away. Since it was given to me at work, I don't want to hurt their feelings, so I will take it home and toss it. sugar free popsicles has been my treat of choice lately.

I'm 2 months post on and someone baked me a sugar free cheesecake because I told them that I can't have regular cheesecake. It was nice; however I'm afraid to eat it. Is it too soon for that?

Thanks introversion. I've heard of that brand of ice cream. Maybe I'll try that one day. For now, I think I'll stick with Fiber One chocolate pretzel Protein bars.
