Any March 2017 sleevers! Let's share info!

MX... congrats on your loss!!! WTG!! This is truly a journey where we will encounter great times and not so great times. Stalls are hardest for me as I work so hard to keep on task for everything I am supposed to do. To not see a result is hardest for me. But...they will end! You can probably see patience is not one of my virtues!! Haha.

Amy! Congrats on your loss!!! This is a journey for all of us! We will succeed! I keep telling myself that it is not a race....that some weeks I won't lose anything and some I will. As long as I stick to the plan, it will happen. I love all the encouragement we can give to each other as well!! Have a great day!!

Berry! Great suggestions!!! I will have to try some of those!!! Cheese is not my friend. I had a teeny cube of colby jack and ugh! Will have to wait and try that later!! How does peanut butter settle on your stomach? I haven't tried that but love pb!

De....nice weight loss! I can eat better in the morning and at lunch. Dinners are another story. I get extremely full extremely fast. But! I can drink more in the evenings .... just what I need, right before going to sleep! My life...extremely crazy!

I do the same thing and get that feeling of "oh nooooo....this is gonna hurt in a second!" Lol. Good job on the loss!! How is your food intake going? I just started soft foods and it's trial and error. I am limiting carbs and eat protein first and then my veggies. I am exercising 4 times a week and starting to run again which makes me happy!! Thanks for the info on the liquids. It sure helps to see what everyone posts about -- all of the new things on this cool journey we are on!! [emoji4]

    Weight loss stall

Sleeved on 3-21. I too had the dreaded 3 week stall! I literally did throw away my scale!! Stomped out and tossed it right in the trash can. Lol. I went and bought a new scale....no difference. [emoji17]. I went a week and the scale started moving again. All is fine now! And....Although I don't recommend throwing away a scale....I do have a much cuter bathroom scale now. [emoji4]

    Any tips on chewing slowly?

Same here. I am on soft foods and although I have not thrown up, I have ate too fast and just felt awful---like someone was kneading my stomach like a making a loaf of bread. I try and take 30 to 45 mins to eat....it's not fun to keep running to the microwave to keep warming my little portion up but better than feeling like a Mac truck ran over my Stomach! It's a learning process for sure!

    Awful 3-Week Stall

The dreaded 3-week stall strikes again!!!! Only weighing once a week, jumped right on this morning hoping to see a nice size loss.....only a .3 weight loss??? How can that be?? My calorie intake is only about 400-500? The Laws of logic don't match up. Bummed. [emoji20]
