i feel no bm any time soon. i love the chicken broth from injury. i also got the unflavored to add to drinks. i was a little nevouse about the chewable vit. but i sat straight up chewed well and swallowed. no more pain then drinking the sips

Sounds just like me. Are you doing blood thinners? They told me not to wash or pick my wounds. Iv also read people talking about water - but I wasn't told water. I do something with protein or carbs only
