I don't have the numbers yet for my vit d levels yet as they have TK mail it to me, but they just called me to tell me it was low & pth was high. So, do you think that I can take 200,000 iu daily with no real concerns?

I am a full ds'er! I need to figure out what the max amount of vit d we can tolerate without toxicity.

How much vit d Dh can we tolerate daily? I'm trying to get a very high pth level down. Thx
