Use premier protein shakes. They taste great and each carton has 30 grams of protein. -

No we lost no weight with it, ended up with IBS and other gastric problems, hence the reason for the RNY revision. Not to mention my upper GI showed most of the sutures had come undone. -

Try the premier protein shakes. I love them and you can get them at Costco and on Amazon. The banana one tastes like juicy fruit gum to me but the other flavors are great.

My sister and I will both be having revision surgery to a RNY after a failed attempt with a procedure called the Waldrep Wrap. Going through the nutrition appointments now and have labs done. Then it will just be waiting for insurance approval. -
Since we can only sip liquids, how do I swallow pills once I have the surgery. I can't swallow them dry.
