I am 5'2. Pre surgery I was 249.5, after pre op on the day of surgery I weighed 236.9, almost 4 mo post op I am now 196.2 -

I am 50lbs down and experience the same. My friends and family are always comment ing but many of my coworkers just kinda look at me. I think some ppl don't want to offend and play it safe by not saying anything. Yesterday me and a coworker was at the microwave at the same time and as we mentioned how good our food smelled and as I talked about how I am trying hard to eat healthy she said "you have lost weight" . I think I opened the door talking about healthy eating blah blah. -

I can't swollen pills. Pre vsg I use to grind my iron pill and take it with a sweet juice to mask the taste. I need to find a liquid, gummy or not nasty chewable iron pill to rid my anima. Any suggestions??

To all of you that said it's disgusting.... You are so RIGHT!!!! I bought 1 of each flavor. Each one taste like poison. It was so gross I thought it was expired. Great amount of protein per serving but I can't take the taste [emoji12] -

Has anyone had isopure protein juice??

I saw a commercial for isopure drinks which have 0carbs and 40g of protein but I can only find the drink on Amazon. Amazon don't sell singles, not inclined to spend 50 bucks on a drink if I haven't tried it out. Has anyone tried this drink and where do you buy it from? -

Yayyy 1 week down, feeling lighter and great already. Still on the liquid diet but starting to have tummy cramps here and there. I am not even drinking when the cramps occur, wondering if it's just excess gas or if I should be concerned since the pain is not to bad. Any advice??

No appetite and having a hard time getting the required liquid in. I suppose to get in 64oz and takes me a full 24hrs to just barely get that in. Anyone else experiencing this?

My name is Mallory. I am just getting started on my journey. I habe already spoken to a psychiatrist and have a nutritionist appointment on Monday. I am hoping to have my surgery scheduled for 6.10.2017.... I have an endoscopic procedure on May 15 scheduled. Looking forward to finally getting my weight under control.

I am on day 13 of my 14 day pre op liquid diet and to date has lost 17 lbs

I realized all dr. Have different pre op procedures. I am on day 12 of my 14 day pre op liquid only diet. I have never craved as much as I have this week. Hanging in there, surgery Monday.

Congrats!! Did you experience any gas pain after surgery? If so was it painful?
