sweetie be encouraged go back to the beginning meaning think about when you had to drink only protein shakes and soups. I am 3 months in and 60 lbs down but I could have been more but I picked up a few bad habits. Get back on track by only buying what you need to get you through I buy no bread if I do I freeze it until my kids is ready for use. I eat a sandwich with no bread and a handful of gluten free chips and they're good. I eat sweets but 2 cookies instead of a whole row. Don't deprive yourself But prepare yourself. Don't have unrealistic expectations but have expectations. We are our own worst enemies its mental so what's going on inside ? Also when u realize your triggers and overeat , over eat on veggies or protein at least u won't gain pounds or bad weight lol. You can do it never to late to get back on track
