I was so glad to hear this. I had lost 30 lbs in the first 3 weeks, but then nothing, event 1/2 lb gain! Very disappointing and depressing. Also, since starting on regular food, I feel like I'm retaining water and not moving my bowls as often. In trying to get all my protein in, I feel like I'm eating all the time and felt that was the reason for the stall.
