I've heard that it's challenging to see it since it comes off so quick. Would you be willing to try measuring tape to check your progress that way too? -

Hello! I'm having RNY on the 17th. I'm also 32 and from Connecticut. Sorry to hear about the setbacks! I'm on my pre-op diet and craving Brussels sprouts too. I don't even like them! Well I guess I do now. Nice to meet you! -

I know exactly what you mean. I previously lost about 120 lbs doing weight watchers years ago. But then I hurt my back and gained everything (and more) back. I haven't had surgery yet (4/17/17) but I'm wondering if my body will look the same or at least similar to before. Thanks for posting this!- 1 reply

Pre op Liquid Diet Shakes

I bought a few different kinds bc they told me I'd probably get sick of them. Recently bought Isopure Zero Carb Clear at GNC. It's juice-like. I don't love the taste but it's 40 grams of protein, you can buy one bottle at a time there to try them, and it's different from the other protein shakes. I think it was about $4.00 a bottle. -
