The pain has been pretty significant, I'm glad about the meds they give me! Overall doing well, will go home later this morning. Have walked the halls & being up & moving feels better than laying in the bed. Can't believe it's done!!! -

So I got the zero carb bottles-- there's flavors like blue raspberry, orange etc. The dietician told me some people add a little water post op just cause they're a little much, but they're a great way to get your protein. I've tried the orange mango & it wasn't the best but wasn't the worst either. -

I'm using Unjury chocolate, it's not bad at all. I also got some Lean shakes from GNC but they don't taste as good. Post op I've got a variety of Isopure to get me thru the clear liquid stage! It has def been rough at times, lots of sf jello & popsicles have helped! Good luck, I know you will do great. -

Survived the 1st week of preop diet-- lost 9lbs so that will motivate me thru this week! I'm in Charlotte, NC-- surgery first thing in the am next Monday. Happy to have you guys to talk to!! -
