  • Biography
I work as a medical biller for a big az company. I've battled with my weight since I was a kid. After losing 50lbs and gaining it back I decided for the surgery. It's a life changing decision and it's going to be tough but I got this.

  1. I'm two months out and I have my good days and bad. Still very uncomfortable for me to eat but I try. Chicken doesn't go down well at all yet. Neither does deli turkey. Been ok with tuna but sometimes my pouch doesn't like it. It all depends
  2. So Im on my two month as of June 3rd out of surgery. I've been eating more solid food but having trouble keeping stuff down here and there. For about two weeks it was bad bad. I was going great but the last couple times I've tried something a little more solid and thrown up I've found I'm a lot more emotional the last two times than I have been for some reason. I threw up dinner and I just got super depressed tonight and cried , all I want to do is just sleep now. Has this happened to anyone before?

    Endoscopic balloon dilation

I think I'm currently experiencing one , had a bad throw up session last night and today I can't keep anything down but water. Protein drink doesn't stay down or cottage cheese I'm a month post op and it hurts in my chest

    Any tips on chewing slowly?

Ugh I'm five weeks out of bypass and idk what it is but this week has been rough on the eating I've thrown up almost every day this week and I feel like I'm taking my time but idk if I'm taking enough time at work and I feel like when I start feeling since I have an anxiety attack and it just makes it worst.

Looking for possible buddy in Arizona PHX

Turkey slice went down fine at week 1 it hurt a little bit but I took really small bites. Tried chicken on Easter just had like two bites and that didn't go down well at all. Tuna really wasn't great for me either. Yesterday for some reason I was really feeling uneasy in the tummy and threw up both my lunch and my dinner. Only thing I find that doesn't hurt going down at all really is the cottage cheese which I've been trying to have at least once a day. Getting tired of the protien drinks though.. bleh.

32 female in Arizona had the bypass on April 3rd been up and down. Today however was a rough one for me. Threw up both lunch and dinner and was nauseous this morning after my protein drink even. Just feel like crap tonight.

3 weeks out and weight gain

Had mine on 4/3 and I'm the same way three weeks out stalled goes from 275 to 274 to 273 and then back up. However I started my period so that might have something to do with it. I feel like I'm getting enough food/ protien, but might not be getting enough water I'm trying though!
