Fast Food !!!! In moderation of course, had the same problem, had my body confused and started dropping fast

I'm 5 months post op down 68 pounds down since surgery in the beginning I was killing **** but now I moved in with a Guy who is morbidly a obese and is primarily the one who cooks, I feel I have gone down the slippery slope putting the wrong foods back in my mouth Not necessarily his fault but he knows I had this surgery to change my life and he constantly is cooking bad food, it's like he is afraid of my Pending GLOW-Up luckily I haven't gained any weight but I would love for some suggestion and motivation to help me get back on track !!! Also I would love to know what you guys are eating ?

I am beyond stressed & my eating habits are beyond unacceptable I need help guys how do I keep from going down !!! Encouragement anything will help guys

I drink a lot of fluids and for the past few weeks my urine is not a lot at all even in the morning when my urine is spose to be a lot has this happened to anybody else ??

Im doing everything right. I been stalled for over the a month almost 2 I take my vitamins, I drink my 64oz of water I consume about 60-90 grams of protein I exercise I have switched up my routine and nothing I have done is working I'm almost 4 months post op this is extremely frustrating and I feel like giving up there's nothing I can do to make the scale go down this is bullshit and the surgery only worked for a little bit. I don't understand how one can follow the rules physically can't eat less but don't loose anything

1300 cals and under 50 carbs a day

I stay under 50 carbs a day and I consume about 1300 a day

Can anybody help me in regards to how many carbs i should be getting in a day is it under 25 per meal or a day ??

I had the sleeve done 3/15/17 I'm down about 56 pounds since surgery and 70 from my highest weight of 290. I now have collar bones double chin is gone face is slim but my stomach is still big and still have back rolls ! How long does it take for the stomach to disappear into loose skin if that makes sense ?

I'm 3 months post op !! My weight has stalled I think I'm eating too many carbs I'm really would like to try keto but don't know where to start

Any recipe suggestions or books I should buy

At my highest weight of 291 I never experienced any chaffing or rash from being heavy. My weight is 254 and now I'm having a rash and chaffing on my breast and stomach and it's very itchy !! Is this surgery related ? Has anybody else experienced this please I need answers

13days Post op

Sometimes I feel like my gastric sleeve isn't working. Why am I able to take in large amounts of water or other fluids like Diet juice/Broth with no issues ?? Did I stretch out my sleeve already ? Did the surgeon do It correctly ? Why haven't I experienced have things most sleevers experience like nausea or vomiting
