    I would give ANYTHING for a good burp right about now... I did a "protein slammer" from GNC yesterday and today, and I SWEAR it made me feel better. It is 45 g of protein per "slam." They taste pretty gross, but after I got the first one down and saw the difference in my energy and pain, I was willing to take the 2nd. Just thought I'd pass that along...

    Any advice for the gas pain? I was banded 11 hours ago, and I wish someone would just stick in a valve and let the air out!!!!!!! My port is sore, but nothing compared to the gas.
