At the practice i go to one nurse said yes the other said after you reach goal. I had already purchased the patches before i heard the no. I decided to use the patches and take the chewables a few times a week. I sometimes had issues with taking vitamins before the surgery. It seems in this world of sleeve surgery one size does not fit all.

Thanks for the good wishes. All went will despite the extra day in the hospital, cause I could not keep anything down. But woke up yesterday morning started drinking and all is well. I have minimal to no pain, just feel sore and hurts when I sneeze. I am truly thankful that I did not have the dreadful sore throat because of tube, that everyone talks about. A

Received a final call with my Hospital report time. So by tomorrow evening I will be truly on the way to a new me.

Hi I., Using Hackensack and seems fine met him twice. He was recommended by my PCP , its who he refers to. I trust my PCP and Form my checking around have not found anything that would put me off. Takes a bit of time to get an appointment but I guess that's a good thing, to be in demand. Office staff seems helpful. Since I am a wee away can tell you more toward the end of next week. :-) A

Can you try Boost clear protein drink?

Just had a discussion with my chiropractor this week pain comes from. The Si joint. She had me marching in place 3 times a day lifting my knees as high as possible to loosen it up. Seems the joint also does not move very much in general.

I have yet to run across a meet-up group and yes the monthly fee is a bit much. Where does the group meet? Good luck on your journey!

Kairosgrammy, I am in the same position, went for my well visit and the first thing my doc said when he came in the room was go have the sleeve surgery. Looking into all the options and moving toward it. Its time for me to take a stand with my health and loose the weight that I have always wanted to loose but have failed to do so. I can't tell you how many diets I have been on in my 60 years. So..... I guess I am going to move forward in taking my life back from food.
