  1. Hi all, I had my surgery 9/15. I'm feeling great and am pleased with my weight loss at this point in the game. This weekend I moved onto Stage 3, moist chicken, fish, scrambled egg etc. After weeks of soups and yogurt I am very happy to be in this phase. My question to you is what and how much are you eating? Hope you are all doing well! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

Yes, so I will have a mini-fridge. I'm planning on having protein shakes delivered to the resort Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

  4. Hello all, I just recently had my surgery, 9/15. Things are going great and now I'm starting to look towards future. We are going to Disney World in December, a little over 3 months after my surgery. Anyone have tips on how to eat out for a week straight? DW specific tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 5. Hi everyone! I had my surgery 9/15, and feel GREAT! I am down 29 lbs since I started my pre-op diet on 9/1. I am on Day 2 of Phase 2, so I've been eating non-fat cottage cheese, non-fat greek yogurt, sugar free pudding, protein shakes and strained low fat "cream of" soups. No complaints other than some constipation that I hope to resolve sooner rather than later. I hope you all have a quick and speedy recovery
