Nursepaye I'm so sorry things have been rough for you . I was sleeved on 3/22/17. And I too was miserable 5 days out. I will be at 6 weeks in 2 days and I am now starting to feel great. Please stay hydrated drinking water, you will feel exhausted until you can get in more food , so rest as much as possible . Remember your sleeve is still swollen and you have to baby it until the swelling goes down. My doctors told me that takes at least 6 weeks . I think for me that was true. So sip cold water. Drink your protein little at a time, take your vitamins and don't hesitate to call your Doctor if you really feel bad... but I want you to know it does get better[emoji1]

Arlin I am 10 days post op and yes it was very rough at first but after about the 5th day no kidding it gets better and better. Today I feel my energy coming back... I am drinking my protein better, and I can eat about 1oz of puréed and foods. Oh and by all means stay hydrated . I m very happy you did it [emoji106] and I pray that you are more than successful [emoji1]

Congrats!!! To you. I am 10 days post op and I am down 19 lbs today. It was a little rough at first and getting better everyday . How do you get water, protein, and purée foods in I feell overwhelmed.😄

Hey everyone! Counting down the days .. I have 4 days til surgery... I can hardly think of anything else😄 Still on clear liquids til then and keeping busy.... a little nervous but, trusting God

I know what you mean I have 5 more days of fasting until my surgery and I am trying to keep busy getting my house clean and ready so that when I come home there will be nothing to do... also I am going shopping to make sure I have everything in the house I need when I come home... ugh! I am having surgery on 3/22/17 and yes it was required that I had a ekg done. Praying that all goes perfect with your surgery and that you have a excellent weight loss journey...

Congratulations on your surgery! I will sleeve surgery on March 22, 2017. I am now on my pre op diet and it is kind of rough. Praying that you have a speedy recovery and a excellent weight loss journey!
