It is rare to find someone who "regrets" weight loss - regardless of their circumstances. If you have always been overweight I understand your fear of the unknown. However, I think you will find happiness in the new you for many reasons: You will be healthier and feel lighter and have more energy. Your clothes will fit/look better. You will feel good about finally doing something for YOU. Your husband married you because he loves YOU not just your body (or at least I hope that is true) so he will be attracted to the person you become regardless of the changes in your body. It will be an adjustment - I don't know how much you have to lose - but I hope you and him will talk as you change and that he is supporitive of your decision.
