SUGAR FREE SNO CONE/SHAVED ICE

The life saver for me after surgery and even now are sugar free bomb pops. This is the only thing i could keep down right after surgery. They had those at the Hospital. I was so happy and have bought them ever since. -

I have known of ladies though that after losing a lot of weight got pregnant very easily One lady got pregnant immediately after being on Opti fast and losing over 80 lbs. I do believe that losing weight helps with fertility and especially after being on a protein shake fast. I wouldn't think it'd be advisable to get pregnant within the first year after the sleeve. But that should be a question for your doctor to answer. I would think that if someone had the gastric bi pass surgery that the baby might not get the proper nutrition or probably the mother would suffer with malnutrition most likely. Again follow your doctors advice I am glad i did this after i had all my children. I wouldn't have wanted to risk this ...getting pregnant after surgery.

i was menopausal. Not a concern or issue for me. Thank God. The morning sickness would have really been even more awful after the sleeve. It felt like morning sickness for two years all day long. Lol

Three and a half years out and still have gas. I have to take GAS X tabs and or strips. Then Tums and Prilosec. This will be always i think but no arm pain
-
Congratulations. Make sure you follow all your doctors instructions prior to surgery and afterwards. It will make all the difference in your long term success.

Sorry to say that excercise is the only solution. Walking will help. I did not lose much in my thighs either. My top got smaller than my bottom half of my body. It is starting to balance out now because of all the walking i do now. -
Geez. You may only be able to eat a few bites of fish and a very small amount of chowder. Caution though....it may come back up. As far as swimming.....proceed with caution.

I hear this is a common side effect from the sleeve operation. It is gastric reflux. Tell your dr.

Isopure has some good flavors. Mango Peach is yummy. I have to tell you that these drinks are only good served ice cold.
