One reason i got the band was to be able to have a drink. I fimd i can't drink as much as before because i can't eat as much.but that's not a bad thing. I've become a cheap date i usually eat a small bit wait 20 minutes then i have a drink that i sip for an hour and for me for every drink i have i have a glass of water. but that's just me gigi

Please add me when you get a chance -100lbs in 10months - great since I was hoping to do it in the 1st year, now i have to come up with a new goal. that's ok because I get a new reward. gigi

10 months out and I'm down 100 lbs which i didn't think would happen for a year, so i am very happy with my band and myself for working out consistently. I now feel that I can reach my goal by the end of 2 years. gigi

Hi everyone hope we are all making it through. It's not easy but hopefully worthit for everyone. It has been for me I never thought i could lose 100 lbs going in even if my goal is 150. That actuall looks do-able now. gigi

I'm down 73lbs (from my highest known weight) hoping to reach 75lbs by my 6 month bandiversary(because that will be halfway to goal), but i'm so happy now, and proud of myself and of all of us

Well i went to my pcp and now 62 lbs down and 5 moths later we are talkign about getting off the eds as my b/p was normal so hopeully in the next 2 months. exciting stuff - gigi
