I'm a male. 5'6". I was weighing 315 lbs. About to turn 50 this upcoming April. I've been a type 2 diabetic for longer than I want to know. I've been taking Invokana 300 mg for about a month. My last A1C test was down to a 6.7 Hoping for much lower during my next test. Before surgery it was at 10.2. I joined because I needed to know that my frustration at my current plateau and my depression is normal or not. I was hoping for this post surgery to be far far easier. It isn't. I can't eat as much in one sitting but I'm still just as hungry as I was before the surgery. I'm not eating junk food any longer and nothing like I was before. No pizza or fast food. But the weight isn't coming off. I've been stuck at 280 for 3 weeks now. I'm not a big exercise person and I'm very introverted in real life.
