Pain in the lower stomach area could be related to your constipation; the pain in the upper stomach area could still be from constipation...specifically the "transverse" section of your colon. I went through five (5) gall bladder attacks and your lower back is in pain and you sweat and you feel hot..really hot! And you usually fall to the ground and stay there since you cannot walk...worse than childbirth pain, per the doctors. If constipated (aka less than two-three BM's per day), drink a lot of water (1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water...weigh 100 lbs. so then you drink 50 ozs. of water) and get about 20 min. of walking in daily...no exercise and no water =no BM's. If still no BM, email me and I will tell you what else you can do that requires no drugs (colon irrigation, enemas, etc.). -
I am a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist (Colon Irrigation) and own my own business. I have an RN in training to do what I do. I have another GI-RN interested in going to school to learn what I do. Most of my clients are nurses working long hours..I am in the Santa Clarita Valley (Magic Mountain), California

I live in Newhall (Valencia/Santa Clarita) area and would love to get together. I am not banded yet, but in the process of fulfilling a 6 month supervised diet with a doctor. THEN I can get banded...well maybe...depends upon Blue Shield PPO and Blue Cross PPO.

If you wish, look into "mini by-pass surgery"-do a search on the internet. The surgery takes around 30 minutes, per their site, and they even show a video of the entire process! It is an option. -
Dear Theresa, You are correct with the mineral oil info. I ONLY use herbal/botanical items for me and my clients. I spend all my time taking toxins out of people's bodies...why would I put more toxins in them!!! Cindy

Looking for General Doctor near Santa Clarita, CA who will Support me with Documents
Cindy Krebs replied to Cindy Krebs's topic in Weight Loss Surgeons & Hospitals
Dear Penni, Can I trouble you for your doctor's name and phone number? Will he support me with documentation to get my Band? I recognize that you went to Mexico for Banding. Well...Van Nuys, CA is better than Ventura, CA! I still prefer Santa Clarita area but I am not willing to try out a whole bunch of doctors who are negative about the Band locally. Congradulations on your continuing weight loss. Cindy -
YES...drink a gallon of water and cut it with organic lemon or lime juice if it does not taste good to you. You will pee a lot at first, but then your body will get use to it. As an added benefit, your skin will look and feel terrific. We are all dying of thrist and we don't realize it!

I am a certified colon hydrotherapist so this is my specialty! ( www.i-act.org) Drink half of your body weight in oz of water daily...for example, if you weigh 100 lbs., then you should be drinking 50 oz. of water. When you exercise, you need to drink more than the 50 oz. Tea, coffee, etc. does not count as water! You will need to do a little exercise everyday such as 20 min. worth of walking. No exercise, no #2. Brocolli, cabbage, beans, Mexican and Thai food will give you gas/bloat. Gas can hold fecal material back so get rid of the gas (walk), and you will be able to go to the bathroom. Get a colonic and expect to lose at least 5 lbs. When John Wayne passed away, it is rumored that he had 40+ lbs. of fecal material in his colon...ouch! Why? He was taking pain meds due to the pain he was experiencing from cancer. An average person usually has between 5-15 lbs. of "stuff" packed in there! Please try to stay away from over-the-counter synthetic meds...really bad for you and your colon. Try herbal suppliments if you have to...Dr. Richard Schultz makes the best one I have ever tried...powerful stuff! You can find his items on the internet. If you have any further personal ?'s, please email me.
