    First day of the rest of my life.. booked my surgery date today and am filled with millions of questions. My docs been amazing explaining everything but still have so many non surgical questions. I'm so ready for this new phase and excited but I feel this wierd sadness too. More scared of pre op diet than I am of surgery. I would appreciate any advise that will help me through this period. Thanks in advance [emoji294]

    Thanks so much, my husband is also having the surgery (a month after I do) he too suggested the same thing you have said (an early start) and now I'm thinking this sounds like a better idea. We should start to make changes each day to prepare us for the pre op diet. I appreciate your response and I hope your journey gives you the happiness that we all deserve. Stay in touch 🤗
