All February slavers should be able to have wheat thin's. If you take the large ones put pizza sauce I recommend adding a tablespoon of Italian seasoning to the jar and stir well. I put about a half a spoonful of sauce per cracker in the middle. And then placed either pickled jalapeños pepperoni or pre-cooked sausage or any combination of the above. And sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place in preheated oven at 400° for two minutes. Switch to broil and watching closely as corners of crackers we will brown quickly take out before the crackers burn cheese should be browned on top. The sauce softens the wheat then in the middle They are delicious

Sounds to me like fat or skinny they were not friends at all. Wild man once told me if you can Count your true friends on one hand you're lucky but usually you can cut for those fingers off. -
Thank you Berry that makes sense. I've gone the shakes instead of parade but the clear liquid should help in both categories

I cannot seem to get all of my fluids and proteins in. I'm just recovering from a bout of dehydration which took 6 L to get me back up to speed three days behind that my hand is mostly clear. I never realized how severe and quickly dehydration can take hold and I how limited the recovery can be afterwards. Please people drink your fluids get your proteins and supplements

I just feel full. Five weeks out now was doing good on parade foods. But since I dried out I'm having a hard time getting my fluids again

I'm four weeks out. Got a stomach bug and got dehydrated. Having a hard time eating or drinking anything. I feel full and exhausted all the time now. I have finally got hydrated enough to get rid of the confusion and fuzzy head.

It seems everything I eat looks like it came out of a babies diaper. Got to be a way to make these foods more palatable. I am a good cook it after I take a meal and put it in the blender it all looks the same. Taste good but hard to get down

I too feel your pain. I lost 24 pounds in two weeks. Then nothing for almost a week. Now I seem to be losing again at 1/4 to 1/2 pound a day. I gather that some people are starting soft foods in or after the third week. My instructions say clear liquids for two weeks then parade foods for the next four. I was thankful to get off the clear liquids. I am really struggling forcing myself to put good food in the blender I never realize presentation and textures are so important.

I am in week two after my surgery. The only using I have experienced was after a bath towel dried and part of a scab came off of one of my incisions I put sterile gauze and tape over it. Until it dried. (24hrs) I don't know how other surgeons close but I have no external stitches just glue. It is however noticeable due to the scab coming off that this incision will leave a little more scar than the others. How long has it been since your surgery. If your doctor says there's nothing to worry about then it is probably nothing to worry about. -
I am two weeks post op. Are used to chug water to the point a 20 ounce bottle did not die quickly enough I never picked one up twice. Now two ounces is about all the swallow I can do. I don't have to sip the water unless my pouch is full about 3 1/2 ounces my guess. At that point I must see up or wait a while before taking another good swallow. Chugging will become no more than a memory to me. A good swallow maybe two will be my new norm
