    Congratulations on your surgery date. I had a two week liquid diet before surgery. Wasn't that bad at all.

    It gets better. I promise. I'm 7 months out now and can eat everything. You be surprised how much food can fit in at different volumes. You should be able to fit 2 - 3 oz of food now. Get a food scale and start meal prepping. Stay on track and don't let others people get you down. We're all here for you. Cheering you on. You got this.
