First off take a”chill pill”, people with higher overweight loose pounds quicker.. I had lost 160 lbs in 6 months.. your case might be different since your BMI is lower.. about you feeling hungry all times, thats head hunger... drink your liquids and you will realize that you are not hungry.. you are thirsty.. at the beginning your mind will play too many trick on you.. you must stay strong, never compare your progress with other because you will get frustrated.. Also keep in mind that other probably include exercise in their routine.. don’t give up. And as someone above mentioned, do not bit yourself.. -
Sushi does not qualify as puree food pal.. check with your Dr first.. also don’t think is a good idea eating raw fish, you want to avoid stomach infection.. your stomach still healing.. at least for 4 weeks.. stick to the plan and you will be able to eat anything by week 6..stay strong [emoji123][emoji123]

List of Food Items for Post Op
1234567890 replied to jcb123's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Since you wont be able to lift over 20 lbs I would suggest to prep for next 2 months: - water - popsycles - apple pure (sugar free) - jello (sugar free), you can also buy powder and diy - coconut water - tuna for stage 3 post op - beef / chicken so you can prep your soups.. the ones at super market have bad taste.. Misc: 4 oz plastic containers to measure water and food intake Meds: - baby aspirin - gas x strips to help out with gas - get your chewable muti vitamins and calcium, sublingual B-12 (in my case I used them at week #8) - vitamin C to help produce collagen for skin elasticity. - Biotin to help with hair loss - baby wipes.. first weeks tings do not come out normal (sorry tmi but good to know) -
Officially in Maintenance mode..advice welcome!

Congratulations in reaching your GW! How long did it take after surgery to get there? -
As noted by Berry78 its all about what you eat, calories in vs out... (unless you have a medical condition). Weight your portions and prep your meals 3 days ahead, that way you cook only 2 times a week.. I would also encourage to join gym and add at least 3-4 times a week of workouts, you can start slow.. then move up gradually, it will help to burn out extra calories, speed your metabolisms, and why not? Will keep you mind away from thinking in food [emoji869]
