You should be proud of yourself. I guess everyone has ups and downs post surgery, the key is not going back to bad habits.. thankfully you adjusted that part and are back to track. Great transformation and I hope you get back to discipline with your food intake.. try adding workouts HIT 2 times a week, and weight training. I’m 10 months post up and started working out after medical clearance (2nd month). Went from 405 lbs to 230 lbs. Still trying to burn last 50 lbs to hit my goal. It is all about commitment and focus. Once you are back.. you are back.. best of luck and stay focus [emoji106] -
Great work.. keep it up... sooner you will hit your goal.. congrats!

I was on similar spot as you are.. although I was the one avoiding surgery... I struggled with weight for about 8 years.. working out.. eating healthy... but was not taking care of portions... I totally regret not getting my surgery done back then.. I completely happy with my weight loss. My surgery was 3/10/17 weighting 405, now 8 months post surgery my weight is 230lbs. Went from wearing pants size 54 to size 38 (slim fit). Still have to lose 50 lbs to meet my weight goal of 180lbs. For people say that is an easy way out.. but remember surgery will help you 50% , the rest is on you sticking to plan and working out every day. It is a life changer. Just see the before/after photos from others to inspire you. Dont let another year go by.. best of luck

Dont let stall get int your head...try getting your protein in the morning, and stay active.. you will pass this stage and back to drop those pounds... personally I think went throught that at my 7th month post op... now Slowing down in weight loss approx 2 lbs per week (with 4 to 5 x workouts per week)... I guess it all depends on whats your BMi, peps with higher BMI will loose higher number of pounds per week. .keep going and dont give up, dont let scale trick you... -
You will be fine... your mind will play hunger tricks on you... drink water and you will realize you’re thirsty... 🤙 Best of luck in your journey
