I will see if I go see the nutritionist. I don't get light headed or anything so I really didn't think nothing of it.

Morning breakfast I eat two boiled egss, Lunch I eat 3 oz of chicken breast with 2 oz of vegetables same thing for dinner. I do weigh my food and I do log my food to an app. I eat around 800 calories a day and i burn around 300 from jogging. I do go see my doctor in a few weeks hopefully I start losing weight again if not I'll ask him what he recommends.

Hi, I had my surgery May 30th and I had been doing great. I eat around 85 grams of protein a day and I jog 3 miles a day. I've hit a stall these past two weeks and I am feeling discouraged. Has anyone hit a 3 month stall? Is this normal? If anyone has any advice i'd greatly appreciate it.

I am six weeks and I am at a stall My breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs and 1 slice of wheat toast. My lunch is 3 oz of chicken and 2 oz of lite cottage cheese and same for dinner. Its about 600 calories, 80 gr of protein and 15 gr of carbs. Hopefully this stage 4 I start losing weight.

Hey guys, I decided to do the gastric sleeve. I have done all the requirements my doctor asked. I have my 3rd and final weight management visit this Friday 03/07/2017. What is next after that? Does anyone know what are the steps? I am a bit anxious not knowing if my insurance will cover it. Can someone please guide me on what to expect after my last visit?

Do any of you have any information on BCBS federal basic out of pocket? I have one more visit then they'll submit my paperwork to the insurance I'm just scared on out of pocket cost. Do any of you have any information on how much it was? Please help!!!!

I have one more doctor visit and then they'll submit my paper work to the insurance. Can someone tell me or give me an idea on how much they spent? I currently have BCBS federal employee basic plan. I am just trying to see how much out of pocket would I end up paying. Please help!!! Don't know if each state insurance are different but I'm in Texas.
