My doctor told me not to stop it would be too my secretion if I stopped so he recommended that I continue but slow down and we would work on quitting after surgery -

I was sleeved on the 7th of june and was just able to move my bowel today the 17th with no problems didn't have to take anything bought stool softener but didn't get to use them give yourself some time praying for you -
