    BLOOD PRESSURE ISSUES

Hi and thanks. I have a few co morbidities as well. High blood pressure, borderline diabetic, high triglycerides, moderate sleep apnea as well as fibromyalgia. Otherwise I wouldn't have even considered it. All my other tests came back pretty good tho. I really thought I wouldn't have any complications. I just need to know exactly what happened and whether or not it's safe to go forward.
  2. Hi! I went in for my sleeve surgery 3/22. Followed the protocol to a T. I was soooooo excited! However when I woke up from anesthesia I was told they were unable to complete the surgery. The dr was able to do the 7 incisions in my abdomen, but upon trying to blow me up my BP nose dived to 50. They attempted 4 times total each time same outcome. No one is completely sure why other than to say maybe a reaction to the mess used. Dr gave me a new surgery date of June 21 and said he will use a different medicine. But now I am unsure if I want to risk it. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what did you do? I am SO undecided and disappointed. My husband says it's not worth risking my life for 50 lbs......... thoughts??????

    RNY Life!

    AMAZING
  4. Thanks for the video! Totally truthful with that bit of humor too! My sleeve is scheduled for 3/22........ excited yet nervous which I expected. Often times I've thought...... I can do this on my own without surgery...... then I tell myself, if that's true then why haven't I? Funny cuz I had just finished the exact same shake (starting to try them out) and didn't care for the strawberries and cream at all...... but the bananas and cream is to die for!!!
