I'm seven months post-op and I've hit a wall. I'm pretty bad with water intake and I'm working on improving it. But I'm about to join a gym to get more exercise in. I've been doing the basics at home and I need to up my workout. I'm thinking I'll do 20ish minutes cardio and 20-30 strength. I know cardio will help with weight loss but I need to tone really bad. So what is everyone's routine at the gym? What equipment do you use?
